GO TO MARKET STRATEGY

Camille and four team members developed and presented a go-to-market strategy for a new product in the Fintech space using data produced from the team's competitive analysis, market survey research, and merchant interviews.
The team created customer personas, value propositions, messaging, and a positioning strategy which contributed to the formulation of MVP recommendations, tactics, and both short term and long term strategies.
Camille's primary contributions to the project were formulating the customer journey and conceiving the team's recommendation using the various facets of data generated over the course of five months.

Camille and two team members analyzed a company's brand after it encountered a branding challenge.
The team gathered consumer data using Qualtrics and survey metrics, and analyzed branding efforts of various channels.
This presentation analyzed the various facets of the brand and presented areas of strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats based off of research and survey results.

Camille and five team members conducted research and presented target personas and competitive positioning for a local business preparing to launch its product in the market.
The team created segment and descriptor questions and customer journey and perception maps using Qualtrics software. Survey results were analyzed using Enginius software and cluster analyses quantitively delineated consumer personas.
The survey and presentation was based on small-scale proof of concept and is ready for large-scale analysis.
